With more than 25 years of experience in residential construction, Justin Davis brings a practical, detail-focused approach to every project. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and built his career around helping homeowners turn ideas into well-executed spaces.
Before founding Core Home Solutions, Justin spent more than six years as a superintendent and project manager with Pulte Homes, where he oversaw the development of more than 125 homes in the Jacksonville, Florida market. That experience gave him a deep understanding of every stage of construction, from planning and scheduling to quality control and final completion.
Today, Justin applies that experience to home remodeling, exterior improvements, storm restoration, and repairs throughout the Omaha area. He holds OSHA 30-hour safety certification and HAAG storm-damage certification, bringing added knowledge and care to projects involving safety, weather damage, and insurance-related repairs.
Justin believes a successful project begins with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and work that homeowners can feel proud of for years to come.
